Yandex’s Alice becomes world’s first voice assistant able to draw

MOSCOW, Jun 2 (PRIME) -- Russian Internet company Yandex’s Alice has become the first voice assistant in the world to draw pictures on users’ request, the company said on Tuesday in a statement.

“To make Alice draw a picture one should say ‘Alice, draw a panda’ or ‘Alice, draw an autumn landscape’. She can draw what is difficult to imagine, like ‘inspiration’. Alice tries not to repeat herself and create a new image every time,” the statement read.

Alice creates images on the basis of two neural networks, and one of them was trained on the XX century artists and can generate pictures, while the other identifies images.

The drawn pictures can be downloaded and printed on a T-shirt, canvas or others.
